There is important info contained in the section below to enable you to attend the shoot, which will be different at every venue and date. You must ensure you check this page periodically and before setting out on your journey as important info can be posted prior to the event starting.

Don't Forget
- To bring your ticket with you for us to scan.
- Your photographic I.D. (passport or driving licence)
- Your Hi-Viz clothing.
- Do not forget any of these as you will not be permitted entry without them.
- DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN 16:00, AT 16:00 THRESHOLD STAFF WILL BE AT THE ENTRANCE TO GUIDE YOU WHERE TO PARK. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO YOU APPROACH OR GO INTO THE PASS OFFICE.
The timings for the event are as follows:
DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN 16:00, AT 16:00 THRESHOLD STAFF WILL BE AT THE ENTRANCE TO GUIDE YOU WHERE TO PARK. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO YOU APPROACH OR GO INTO THE PASS OFFICE.
- 16:00 - 16:30 Arrival at site. No access will be given after this time.
- 16:30 - Safety briefing.
- 16:45 - Event Starts.
- 19:30 - Event finishes
Carpark

Once everyone is at the carpark and no later than 16:30 we will complete the safety brief and then after that you will be moved onto the apron to begin.
There will be no access for those who don't make the 16:30 briefing.

What Happens

Once we have had the safety brief and we are all on the apron, the four aircraft will be lined up with a clear backdrop behind. once the light fades and the blue hour has finished we will switch our lights on.
Please note, at present, there will be no engine runs from any aircraft after dark.
There will be any Sqn sales and this will be on a cash only basis. There will not be any refresments during the shoot.
Please note that aircraft participation is subject to weather and serviceability of equipment.
We also reserve the right to cancel the event due to inclement weather (However this is extremely unlikely). If a cancellation due to the weather is deemed necessary, you will receive an email the evening before.
Description Title
Where we have announced engine runs, please bring your own ear protection, we may have limited munbers of foam plugs we can give out but this can't be guaranteed.
Please bring your own torch/head torch to help you see in the dark areas especially on grass.
We recommend the use of tripod leg lights or illuminous bands, these help when moving position, so as not to knock over any equipment.
