There is important info contained in the section below to enable you to attend the shoot, which will be different at every venue and date. You must ensure you check this page periodically and before setting out on your journey as important info can be posted prior to the event starting.

Don't Forget
- To bring your ticket with you for us to scan.
- Your Hi-Viz clothing.
- Do not forget any of these as you will not be permitted entry onto the airfield without them.
- Do Not arrive at the road up to the gate house before 16:15. This is important as it could impact business operations for MB which may result in the cancellation of the event.
The timings for the event are as follows:
- 1615 - 1645: Arrival at gatehouse.
- 1645: Safety briefing starts. (You must attend this)
- 1700: Airside access begins.
- 1900: Event finishes.

Parking will be available from 1615 in the Car Park and no earlier.
Once parked, you will be shown where to congregate for the safety briefing.

What Happens
Please note that aircraft participation is subject to weather and serviceability.

- G-JSMA [WL419] Meteor T.7 (Mod)
- G-JWMA [WA638] Meteor T.7 (Mod)
- G-BGRE Beech King Air 200
- G-JMAW Beech B200GT King Air
One Meteor is expected to perform an anti det run during the event.
Martin Baker will be selling Merch, which will include coins, keyrings etc.
All aircraft attendance is reliant on servicability of equipment and availability and aircraft cannot be guaranteed. We also reserve the right to cancel the event due to inclement weather (However this is extremely unlikely). If a cancellation due to the weather is deemed necessary, you will receive an email the evening before.
Important
Where we have announced engine runs, please bring your own ear protection, we may have limited munbers of foam plugs we can give out but this can't be guaranteed.
Please bring your own torch/head torch to help you see in the dark areas especially on grass.
We recommend the use of tripod leg lights or illuminous bands, these help when moving position, so as not to knock over any equipment.
