The timings for the event are as follows:
Carpark
Parking initially will be along the back road past the Britannia, where all will be checked in.
Once on the site, you must follow the road without turning off until you are faced with a large crossroads where you must turn right towards the Britannia and Resource Group. We will also have a sign up telling you to turn right.

What Happens
Once parked initially in a line along the rear disused taxiway and everyone has been checked in, we will then allow all to drive onto the airfield where you will be parked up, then whilst by your cars we will have a safety briefing, which once complete you are free to crack on. It is important you remain on the tarmac hard standings at all times, No walking across grass areas will be permitted for your own safety. This will be strictly enforced.
The TBAG store full of merch will be open through the evening, also TBAG will be serving hot and cold drinks, soup and a breadroll for a small charge, so please bring cash.
Please note that aircraft participation is subject to weather and serviceability of equipment.
We also reserve the right to cancel the event due to inclement weather (However this is extremely unlikely). If a cancellation due to the weather is deemed necessary, you will receive an email the evening before.
Important
Where we have announced engine runs, please bring your own ear protection, we may have limited munbers of foam plugs we can give out but this can't be guaranteed.
Please bring your own torch/head torch to help you see in the dark areas especially on grass.
We recommend the use of tripod leg lights or illuminous bands, these help when moving position, so as not to knock over any equipment.
